00254 A Parrsboro Welcome is an oil painting done plein air in the seaside town of Parrsboro, Nova Scotia, Canada. It is a view of Parrsboro Harbour at mid-tide. I was taking part in The Edge of Winter Plein Air Event, where artists gather to paint the late fall extravaganza of colour and intensity in and about the hills and coast surrounding Parrsboro, NS. The annual event is hosted by Art Lab Studios and Gallery Fine Art.
